INPEACE Awarded $15,000 HiHumanities CARES Act Grant

The Institute for Native Pacific Education and Culture (INPEACE) has been awarded a $15,000 HiHumanities CARES Act Grant from the Hawai’i Council for the Humanities.

During the Covid-19 pandemic, INPEACE has worked diligently to transition programming like our business development workshops and early learning activities online because these resources support the continued growth of the communities we serve. The HiHumanities CARES Act Grant grant will be a key support in INPEACE’s continuing effort to create and release these digital learning resources in the months ahead.

Funding for these grants has been provided by the National Endowment for the Humanities (NEH) as part of the Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security (CARES) Act economic stabilization plan.
